Dr. Shrotriya, a native of Udaipur, brings with him an illustrious career spanning 58 years. He is a Fellow of the Indian Society of Agronomy and holds distinguished roles across numerous national and international organizations in various capacities. A seasoned communicator, he has effectively leveraged ICT tools such as radio, television, films, print media, and interpersonal communication channels to disseminate information to rural communities.

With over 100 published papers and articles to his credit, Dr. Shrotriya has also edited several books and proceedings, and actively contributed to a wide array of nationaland interantional trainings, seminars, conferences, and workshops. His contribution have earned him accolades, including Best Article Awards from Fertiliser Marketing News and Khad Patrika, esteemed journals of the Fertiliser Association of India.

An extensively travelled professional, Dr. Shrotriya has visited 22 countries, primarily on official assignments.

Proven expertise in land management, crop growth, quality control, and distribution of agricultural inputs including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and machinery.

Adept at policy enforcement, project execution, and technical advisory, with experience in World Bank-aided IWMP projects, NABARD-funded initiatives, and ministerial-level technical assistance. Recognized for excellence in service and known for strategic leadership, multi-stakeholder coordination, and effective decision-making.
